The Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, legally recognized by the Ministry of Agricultural Policies, in summing up the past year, heartens its members and the entire supply chain: 2021 hasrecord an increase in production and sales of over 17%, which brought volumes back to pre-pandemic levels.In particular, the consortium bottling center recorded a 30% increase in the quantities bottled.
